Carrak Consulting is pleased to be working with Cornwall Mining Consultants to identify strategic abandoned mine shafts in the county.
Cornwall Mining Consultants hold a vast archive of historical mining maps and plans and have considerable experience in accurately locating poorly recorded or sometimes misrepresented mine workings. Carrak Consulting has compiled an index of deep shafts that connect with promising mine water geothermal resources, in areas where heat demand already exists or where there are future potential end-users. Cornwall Mining Consultants are providing accurate positioning data to Carrak Consulting so that the company can further develop its geospatial database of mine shafts and associated warm water reservoirs.
